Wood Dragon’s heartbeat was the artwork in the gallery. It was a point to be grounded and centered at each gathering. Special thanks to everybody who were able to experience and participate.
The creative process is a lot like polishing a sheet of metal.. At the beginning it starts off chaotic and full of scratches but as you continue to put your attention into it.. slowly slowly the image of yourself becomes clearer and clearer - until it becomes a special object for reflection to be enjoyed by us all.
To witness art is to honor the energy of the immense love that an Artist puts in.

To everybody
Art connects us to ourselves and each other. Regular Happy's mission moves us to continue creating the space necessary for us to pursue and share our creative gifts with ourselves and each other. Every action we take is guided by better understanding how we can support and honor the energy that is gifted to each other. From creating the art in the gallery, djing music, playing a sound bath, hosting workshops, hosting tea ceremonies, running a tea bar, to simply showing up to witness and receive. All of this requires immense effort and it's the most important thing to me to continue to make sure that these gifts are honored and fully supported. I believe it's only when we can ensure that nobody feels that sinking feeling of giving more than is received. The better we get at this the better we are able to multiply our capacity to share creativity to those ready to receive.
